Melinda was a game changer in our renovation process. She came in ready to work and get things organized and completed. She stayed on top of subcontractors and always kept us in the loop. We would have ended the project if Melinda had not gotten involved to make things happen. She is certainly an asset and knows her stuff. We hope to be able to work with her again!
We met Melinda in the middle of our kitchen remodel with a local contractor. The project was taking more time than expected with little to no communication. The project manager was rude and didn’t follow instructions. There were so many issues that we didn’t know what we were going to do and were ready to terminate our contract.
Melinda was hired by the contractor to be the liaison between the company and the project manager. She literally saved the day when she walked in our front door. Her professionalism and her positive attitude completely transformed our project. She sat down and listened to all of our concerns. She was empathetic and caring. She was able to have our project finished in a timely manner without any further setbacks.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Melinda. She always communicated with us about what was happening and what we should expect moving forward. She was so pleasant to work and someone we were sad to see go at the end of our remodel.
